No parish registers held. Nettleden was in Buckinghamshire until 1895, when it was united with Potten End. Some earlier entries in the registers of Great Gaddesden.

Transcripts of the parish registers for the period 1687-1843 are deposited at the Society of Genealogists, 14 Charterhouse Buildings, Goswell Road, LONDON, EC1M 7BA.
