"RYALL, a parish in the hundred of EAST, county of RUTLAND, 2½ miles (N. by E.) from Stamford, containing, with the hamlet of Belmisthorp, 439 inhabitants. The living Is a discharged vicarage, with the perpetual curacy of Essendine, in the archdeaconry of Northampton, and diocese of Peterborough, rated in the king's books at £ 13. 17. and in the patronage of the Marquis of Exeter.
