"BATHEALTON, a parish in the hundred of Milverton, in the county of Somerset, 3 miles to the W. of Wellington. The Western canal and the Bristol and Exeter railway pass within a short distance of the village. The living is a rectory* in the diocese of Bath and Wells, of the value of £226, in the patronage of the Rev. E. Webber, the incumbent. The church is dedicated to St. Bartholomew."
