"MOYBOLOGUE, a parish partly in the barony of Lower Kells, county Meath, province of Leinster, and partly in the barony of Clankee, county Cavan, province of Ulster, Ireland. It is situated near Bailioborough, its post town. The river Kilmainham passes along the eastern border, and the Hill of Loughanleagh is partly included within its limits. The road from Bailieborough to Navan passes through the parish. It is ecclesiastically identical with Bailieborough, and has a Roman Catholic chapel."
