Roberton Kirk
In Roberton, South Lanarkshire. In the mid 12th century, the chapel of Roberton, which was a dependency of Wiston Church, was granted to Kelso Abbey before being raised to parochial status in the 13th century. Beyond the Reformation of 1560, the church was re-united with Wiston. The present church on the hill was built in 1905 on the same site as the medieval church of which no remnant remains.
