CLETT-ISLE, an isle, in the parish of Assynt, county of Sutherland. It is situated on the western coast of the county. Clett is a high rock, considerably above the greatest tide and surge, and, except in one or two places, is of difficult access. Its form is somewhat round, and on its summit is excellent herbage.
