Old Parish Registers (OPRs) are available from 1631 (Births), 1653 (Marriages), and 1631 (Deaths).
Sadly, it appears that the early birth record "prior to 1670 has been much wasted by damp and want of care".
Further details of the records, and gaps, are available from NRS.

The First World War Memorial took the form of a new (1922) door into the church, with an adjacent tablet, inscribed with the names of the fallen, including 3 brothers from the Hay family.
Details of this memorial, can be found on both the church's own history page, and the IWM War Memorial Register.
