Welcome to Genuki: Derbyshire, Wormhill, School logs Compliments of Mike Spencer ----------------------------- A few extracts from Wormhill Infant school. Taken between 1901 and 1908. This book is not dated so easily after 1904 so those few entries after you may have to gauge. There are no early Admission registers for Wormhill and like most Log Books reveal very little about pupils. It is more about weather conditions, or having the painters in, days off and lessons to be taught. This is very brief but I hope it gives a little insight into a country school in north Derbyshire, which must have been very similar to other schools.
