the will of richard sare of hungerford baker
to my wife elinor sare my messuage in hungerford in which i now dwell (except 2 tenements and 2 gardens now in the occupation of thomas pearce als noone and john webb) for her life and after her decease to my son joseph for ever
also to elenor my wife a messuage on east side of high street between messuage of john whineat on the north and thomas liddiard on the south together with the malthouse etc now in occupation of john chalk and hugh cooper for ever.
also 2 acres of arable in everlong and 1 acre of arable in the breach and 1 yard of arable in middlefield
also to elenor after the decease of mary sare a freehold messuage on the eastside of high street adjoining on the north side a messuage of james peason gent together with granary [etc] appurtaining in the occupation of my sister-in-law mary sare.
also to eleanor my leasehold messuage on the east side of high street adjoining on the north to the last mentioned freehold messuage leased from james simpkins gent deceased, for certain lives, now in the occupation of mary sare
residue to eleanor who is sole executrix
son james and daughters anne and sarah
