Estate Duty Office Will of John Blampin of Cullompton, Yeoman (1836)

Appeared personally Mary Blampin of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow and the sole executrix of John Blampin late of  Cullompton yeoman who died in the month of December 1835

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Blampin of Cullompton in the county of Devon yeoman being of a sound mind memory and understanding hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will or Wills by me at anytime heretofore made 
First I give devise and bequeath unto Joseph Foster of Cullompton aforesaid druggist his exors admors and assigns all my messuages lands and tenements gardens orchards closes of land and premises situate lying and being in Cullompton aforesaid or elsewhere to for and upon the uses trusts ends intents and purposes and with under and subject to the powers provisos and conditions hereinafter mentioned expressed and declared of 
And concerning the same (that is to say) upon trust that he the said Joseph Foster his heirs exors or admors do and shall permit and suffer my wife Mary Blampin and her assigns to receive and take the rents issues and profits thereof to and for her own separate use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life  then upon trust for my two daughters Mary Anne Blampin and Elizabeth Blampin their heirs executors administrators and assigns to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants 
All the rest residue and remainder of my property personal or otherwise monies securities for monies goods chattels and effects of what nature or kind soever which I may be possessed of I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said wife Mary Blampin subject and chargeable nevertheless to and with the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my Will 
And I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Mary Blampin whole and sole executrix of this my Will 
Provided also and my will and mind is and I do hereby order and direct that they said Joseph Foster his exors admors and assigns shall be charged and chargeable only for such monies as he shall actually receive by virtue of the trusts to him by me reposed and that the said Joseph Foster his heirs exors admors or assigns shall and may by and out of the money which shall or may come to his hands by virtue of the trusts aforesaid retain and reimburse himself all the costs charges and expenses which he shall or may suffer expend disburse or be put onto on or about the execution of the trusts hereby in him reposed 
In witness whereof I the said John Blampin have to this to my last Will set my hand and seal contained in two sheets of paper this twenty ninth day of June one thousand eight hundred and thirty five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Blampin as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto in the presence and at the request of the testator and in the presence of each other
