Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 15th of December 1814
Executor who proved the Will Joseph Davy of same clothier power reserved to John Voisey of same schoolmaster the other executor

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Pannell of Cullompton in the county of Devon druggist as follows 
I give devise and bequeath unto my son in law Joseph Davy of Cullompton aforesaid clothier and John Voisey of the same place schoolmaster their heirs executors and administrators all that my dwelling house with the garden and appurtenances thereto belonging in which I now live situate in the town of Cullompton aforesaid 
And I also give to the said Joseph Davy and John Voisey all the rest residue and remainder of my land's tenements goods chattels estate and effects whatsoever (except my silver watch which I give to my grandson Thomas Davy) in trust for the following purposes that is to say 
That they my said Trustees do if they see the health of my daughter Margaret will admit continue her in the house I now live in and also in the business but if they judge otherwise they are to sell and dispose of the business stock and household goods and lay out the proceeds thereof upon good security and also that they shall let the aforesaid dwelling house and the rents and profits rising therefrom and from the aforesaid disposition of my real and personal estate shall be applied and paid by them to my said daughter Margaret during her natural life 
And if my said Trustees do see the proceeds of the said property is not sufficient to subsist my said daughter Margaret they shall take up any principal money laid out by them under this my Will and apply for the purpose of her maintenance or may borrow any sum they think that on the aforesaid dwelling house 
But if my said daughter Margaret should not live live long enough to expend any more than the rents and profits of my real and personal property whatsoever shall remain at her death I give device and bequeath to my said son in law Joseph Davy his heirs executors administrators and assigns charging him with the payment of fifty pounds of good and lawful money to my daughter Mary Moreton of Bath or in case of her death to her legitimate children if she has any living to be divided among some share and share alike provided nevertheless that if my said trustees should have occasion to expend the whole of my personal property in the support of my said daughter Margaret agreeable to the power with which they are invested according to this my Will or if they should have occasion to mortgage the dwelling house for the aforesaid purpose of maintaining my said daughter Margaret then my said daughter Mary Moreton or in case she should not be living her legitimate children if she has any shall receive one third part of the value of the aforesaid dwelling house to be valued by my said trustees or their heirs or executors after deducting any sum or sums of money that may have been borrowed on the security of the said house for the purposes aforesaid and any sums of money my said trustees may have laid out in a necessary repairs thereof 
And I request my said trustees do discharge my just debts as soon as conveniently may after my decease
And my will further is that if my said daughter Margaret should marry that then my said trustees shall dispose of the business stock and household goods and let the house and apply the rent and profits only for her use during her natural life 
And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Joseph Davy and John Voisey trustees and executors of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament 
In Witness whereof I the said Richard Pannell have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Richard Pannell as and for last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other
