This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Northcott of the Parish of St Mary Arches in the City of Exeter Shoemaker I give devise and bequesthe unto my Son William George Northcott all that my Dwellinghouse with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the said parish of St Mary Arches within the City of Exeter to hold the same to him my said son his heirs and assigns forever yielding and paying out of the said Dwelling house the sum of One shilling and six pence per Week unto my daughter Jane Northcott during the term of her natural life Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Northcott the sume of Twenty pounds to be paid by my Executor within six months after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Jane my Watch, Best Clock, Best bed furformed, 6 Silver tea spoons, silver sugar tongs and silver sugar bason All the rest residue and remainder of my Personal estate and effects I give unto my said son William George Northcott and my daughter Jane Northcott to be equally divided between them And I nominate constitute and appoint my said son William George Northcott sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me before made and declare this to be my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of September One thousand eight hundred and fifty_______Henry Northcott (seal)__________signed sealed and published and declared by the said Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of eachother have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses this 10th day of Sept[ember] 1850____________ J P Short_________Robert Chasty_________
