Proved 17 May 1830 Archdeacon Court of Exeter by Ann Westcott of Honiton the sole executrix
 

1827 In the name of God Amen December 20
I Jacob Hollett of the parish of Otterton & County of Devon Carpenter being at present in my perfect health and of a sound disposing mind and memory blessed to God and well knowing the uncertainty of human life do therefore settle all my worldly affairs in this present time while the Allmighty doth keep me with reason and understanding which is in manner and forme following that is to say 
All my goods and working tools I give to my sisters Ann Westcott & Agnes Helman share and share alike excepting my pump tools which I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved cousins Henery Hollett, John Hollet, Stephen Hollett carpenters
To my sister Ann Wescott I give my corner cubberd & all my china the house that I now live in Orchard Garden and Courtlidge and all that appertaineth to the same
And after the said Ann Westcott decease I give the saide dwellings house orchard garden courtlidge and all that attaineth to it to my dearly beloved cousin Stephen Wescott mason
I likewise give to my cousins Stephen Wescott my bed and bedstead with all that do now belong to the same the saide Stephen Westcott shall when in possession of the saide house & so forth pay to his sister Agnes Westcott the sum of fifteen shillings per year during my interest I have in the same
I likewise give to my cousin Agnes Westcott one fether bed the money thtat might remaine in the Saving Banck together with lawful interest for the same I give to my sister Ann Westcott 
If share is more then ten pounds remaine in the saving Banck at the death the saide Ann Westcott shall pay to my sister law Harriett Hollet the sum of five pounds of good and lawful money of great Britain 
All my wearing apparel I give to my cousin Stephen Westcott 
All my debts and funeral expences to be paide out of my Clubb money and if that is not sufficient the remainder shall be paide by my two sisters Ann Wescott and Agnes Helman share and share alike 
And I do make and ordaine my sister Ann Westcott as my whole and sole executrix to the whole concern of my effects of this my Will as specefyed whereunto I have set my hand and seal this twenty eight of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven making void all former Wills whatsoever and signing this for my last Will and testament by me Jacob Hollett
