Index prepared by Michael Steer
This index was produced from a digital copy of the book, which can be downloaded from: https://books.google.com/ Google, in partnership with a number of public libraries has sought to make more widely accessible, old, hard-to-get books on which copyright has expired. Mary Jane Graham was born in London in 1803. She was of delicate health and of a spiritual temperament, Her father, a successful London businessman retired with her to Stoke Fleming near Dartmouth several years before her death. The book's focus is on leading an exemplary Christian life; the prose is euphoric at times. As well as Stoke Fleming, some of her letters were written in Torquay and Chudleigh. The book concludes with six pages of general index.
