Old Ballintemple, Church of Ireland

Ballintemple church lay on a cliff above the R. Erne, probably beside a ford. In the old graveyard are a few blocks of dressed ashlar. The church was unroofed in the early 17th century. A new one was built in 1821 on the opposite side of the road
