The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Fennor contained the following places:

"FENNOR, a parish in the barony of Lower Duleek, county Meath, province of Leinster, Ireland, 1 mile S. of Slane. It is situated on the right bank of the Boyne, and on the road from Slane to Dublin. The living is an impropriate rectory in the diocese of Meath. Ruins of the old church still remain."
