The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Fenoagh contained the following places:

"FENOAGH, a parish in the barony of Upperthird, county Waterford, province of Munster, Ireland, 2 miles S.E. of Carrick-on-Suir, its post town. It is situated on the banks of the river Suir, and consists mostly of good land. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lismore, value with Dysart, £120, in the patronage of the bishop."
