The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Kilcaragh contained the following places:

"KILCARAGH, a parish in the barony of Gaultiere, county Waterford, province of Munster, Ireland, 3 miles S.E. of Waterford, its post town. The parish lies along the banks of the river Suir, and on the road from Waterford to Passage. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Waterford, forming part of the benefice of Trinity, and in the patronage of the crown."
