"LLANGAMMARCH, (or Llwyncadwgan), a parish in the hundred of Builth, county Brecon, 7 miles S.W. of Builth, its post town, and 13 N.W. of Brecknock: It is a small village, situated at the confluence of the rivers Gammarch and Irfon. The parish includes the hamlets of Penbuallt and Treflis. There is a spring of mineral water. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St. David's, ... Llanddulas; There is confusion over whether Llanddulas (aka Tirabad or Newchurch) is actually a separate parish as described by several sources in the content below. However, the National Library of Wales has the reference for Llanddulas "This chapel in the parish of Llangamarch was built at the expense of Sackville Gwynne and consecrated in 1726....."This has been taken as gospel and this page also includes content relating to Llanddulas
