In the name of god amen, I Thomas Elston of Newtowne St
Siers being sick in body but of perfect minde and remembrance, doe make
constitute and ordayne this my last will and Testament. First I committ my soule
to God my Creator Redeemer and Sanctifier and my body to Christian buryall.
Item I give and bequeathe to my daughter Alice Elston fortie poundes to be payd
her at her day of mariage or at her age of one and twentie yeares. Item I give and bequeth
to Christofer my eldest sonne fortie poundes to be payd him at his age of One and twenty
yeares. Item I give and bequeath to George my second sonne fortie poundes To be payd
him at his age of One and Twentie yeares. Item I give and bequeathe to Thomas my
yongest sonne fortie pounds to be payd him at his age of One and Twentie yeares.
Provided alwayes that yf any of my Children before mentioned dye before the tyme prescribed
her or his portion to be equallie devided among thothers or to thother surviving.
Item I give and bequeathe unto Edith Elston my Mother fortie shillinges. Item I give
and bequeath unto my two sisters Thomazine and Agnes ech of them Twentie shillings
a peece. All the Residue of my goods and Cattells not given or bequeathed, (my
Debts and legacies payd and discharged) I give and bequeathe unto Paschae my wief
whom I appoynte and make my whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and
Testament. In witnes whereof I have set to my hand and seale the day and yeare above
written. Signed sealed and published in the presence of us whose names followe
underwritten Nicholaus Reade . Thomas Tooker . James Quicke.

Juramento Paschae Elston relictæ dicti defuncti et Executricis in huiusmodi
Testamento nominatæ. Cui commissa fuit Administratio bonorum Jurium et
creditorum dicti defuncti de bene et fideliter administrand[o] eadem. Ad sancta[m] Dei
